Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within [1–2 business days] after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Packaging

Products are securely packed to help protect them during transit. Fragrance products such as perfumes, bakhoor, and Dakhoon are handled with extra care during packaging.

Important Note

Please ensure that your name, complete delivery address, PIN code, and phone number are correct before placing your order to avoid delivery delays.

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to receive their order in good condition. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.

Returns

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, opened, used, or damaged-after-delivery fragrance products cannot be returned.

Returns may only be accepted in cases where:

• You receive the wrong product

• An item is missing from your order

• The product arrives damaged, broken, leaked, or defective

• The package appears significantly damaged during transit

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact our customer support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.

To help us verify your claim, please provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the outer and inner packaging

• A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened

• Details of the issue

Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method or another approved payment method where applicable.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after refund approval for the amount to reflect in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping or delivery charges are generally non-refundable, unless the order was incorrect or damaged due to an error from our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Important Notes

• Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted.

• Fragrance preference is subjective, so returns or refunds cannot normally be provided simply because a customer does not like the fragrance.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, incorrect handling, or negligence are not eligible for refund or replacement.

• All approved claims are subject to verification by our customer support team.
